Communists call halt on social exploitation
The PCP communist party is promoting an Algarve campaign during June and July, with the slogan “Basta de exploração!” (“No more exploitation – jobs, wages and work with rights!”)

The idea is to encourage workers in the region to “struggle for better living standards” and to inform them of the party’s objectives.
The campaign will be going ahead on 27th June at job centres throughout the Algarve. A public meeting on 4th July is also planned, with protests to be held at Algarve ports (on 7th July).
